(downtown) Omaha Lit Fest

Why

The theme, featured writers, and events of the (downtown) Omaha Lit Fest change every year but the promotional poter is always different. Lit Fest director Timothy Schaffert trusts me to distill the entire event into a single poster and that trust is one of many things I love about working with Timothy.

outcome

2014 was the tenth anniversary of the Lit Fest and one of the events of the weekend was a retrospective of the posters I've designed for the event. If the newspaper ad I drew for World of Toys and Hobbies that was displayed in their store window when I was eight doesn't count, this was the first gallery-style display of my work in my career and I consider myself very proud and humbled to be a part of ten years of the Omaha Lit Fest.
